Flanders Style Red Ale
Fermented with a mixed culture and aged in French red wine puncheons reaching a moderate acidity. Our take on an Old World style features notes of dried cherry, tobacco and burnt sugar. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for an additional earthy character. This will continue to develop in the bottle.
