Event is free – Not a ticketed event.
All ages welcome.
Beer offerings include:
Fiddlehead IPA: 6.2% abv- Our flagship. A well-balanced American IPA with mellow bitterness and a dry, refreshing finish.
Festival Bier: 6.3% ABV – Our take on the modern “Oktoberfestbier” served in Munich, Germany during the Bavarian capital’s annual fall celebration. Festival Bier presents a light amber gold color with inviting notes of toasted bread, balanced by a crisp, clean finish.
Altbier: ABV 4.8% Dark amber in color, cold fermented ale that has malty notes of dark bread crust and a floral/noble hop presence.
Helles: 5.4% abv – Clean and crisp German-style lager with a pleasant malt sweetness.
Märzen: ABV 5.8% A harbinger of fall. Deep amber in color and a rich malty flavor, our Märzen is clean and dry with light bitterness.
Traditional Oktoberfest food consists of hearty, savory Bavarian comfort dishes designed to complement beer and celebrate the autumn harvest.
Our Traditional German Plate Includes:
Wiesnhendl (Roast Chicken): An Oktoberfest staple, seasoned with salt, paprika, and herbs, then roasted over an open fire until the skin is crisp and based with Fest Bier butter.
Wurst (Sausage): We will be serving up Bratwurst from our friends at Colvard & Co. from Maine. Their Bratwurst is a re- imaging of the Bavarian classic using whole caraway seeds, fresh garlic and ginger. Grilled to perfection and served hot.
Brezeln (Bavarian Pretzels): Served up with stone ground mustard or cheese sauce.
Kartoffelsalat (Warm German Potato Salad): Traditional Bavarian style potato salad with a warm dressing made from vinegar, stone ground mustard, onions and crispy bacon.
Blaukraut (Braised red cabbage): A classic Bavarian sweet and sour side dish, this cabbage is slowly braised with onions, vinegar, sugar, and warming spices like cloves and bay leaves.
Food Plates are $15 donation, and all food sales go directly to Fiddlehead’s Team Mastermind Fund, which provides grants to organizations that support pediatric health and broad community wellness.
