5.9% ABV, Fermented with mixed culture and aged in French red wine puncheons reaching a moderate acidity. Our take on an Old World style features notes of dried cherry, tobacco and burnt sugar. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for an additional earthy character. This will continue to develop in the bottle.

Ayinger Jahrundert – Ayinger, Germany

5.5% ABV – Dortmunder Export (Pale Lager) This beer was first brewed in 1978 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our brewery. It has a golden-yellow color with a slightly flowery yeast, honey-ish aroma, tastes a little spicy and is full-bodied in initial taste, mild before swallowing and soft with a refined sparkle and fades with a well-balanced hint of bitterness. It is an especially drinkable and harmonious beer. Conrad Seidl, known as the Austrian “Pope of Beers”, on the Jahrhundert Bier: “It is a malty beer that pronounces the precious earthy quality of malted barley.”

Coopers Sparkling Ale – Coopers, Australia

5.8% ABV – Cream Ale – Naturally conditioned in the bottle with unique strain of Coopers yeast. To enjoy the complete Sparkling experience, roll the bottle to mix in the yeast sediment before pouring.

Oatmeal Stout – England

5% ABV – Oatmeal Stout – Brewed with well water (the original well at the Old Brewery, sunk in 1758, is still in use, with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground); fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares” to create an almost opaque, wonderfully silky and smooth textured ale with a complex medium dry palate and bittersweet finish.

Nut Brown Ale – England

5% ABV – English Brown Ale – A relatively dry ale with rich nutty colour and palate of beech nuts, almonds and walnuts.

Spaten Lager – Spaten, Germany

5.2% ABV – Helles (Pale Lager) – On March 21, 1894, at a time when only dark, sweet and malty beer was enjoyed in Munich and nationwide, Spaten, a pioneer in the category, brewed the first Münchner Helles.

Westmalle Trappist Dubbel – Westmalle, Belgium

7% ABV – Dubbel – Brown-amber color, subtle dark-malt aroma balanced by Belgian yeast character. Deeply malty, with a gentle, dry finish that hints at tropical fruit.

Zundert 8 – Zundert, Netherlands

8% ABV – Belgian Dark – Chestnut-colored and bottle-conditioned, with aroma of caramel, herbs and spices; initially floral and slightly sweet; character develops from light caramel to a lovely, dry, mellow hoppy bitterness as the flavor opens. Brewed within the walls of Zundert Trappist Monastery by the monks of the abbey.
